Purchases and restore
If you purchased the Supporter Pack and its benefits are missing, open the Supporter screen in Pixel Chaos and tap Restore Purchase. On iPhone, make sure you are signed in with the Apple Account used for the purchase. If you still need help, email us with your device type and a description of the issue. Please don't send passwords or payment card details.
Game Center
Leaderboards and Game Center achievements require Game Center to be available and signed in on your device. You can still play Pixel Chaos without signing in to Game Center.
Ads and privacy
Optional rewarded ads can provide one revive during a run. The Supporter Pack removes banner and end-of-run ads and provides one ad-free revive per run. For information about data and advertising choices, read the Pixel Chaos Privacy Policy.

Tell us what happened, your device model, and your app version. Screenshots can help us understand the problem. We also welcome suggestions for future updates.
