Privacy Policy

iPhone game · Last updated September 29, 2026

Worst Shift Ever is an iPhone game by Quiet Loop Games. This policy describes how the game and the services it uses handle information.

Game progress

Your Tips, unlocked characters and cosmetics, upgrades, achievements, career totals, recent shifts, and game settings are saved on your device. You can play as a guest without an account; guest progress stays on that device. If you choose to connect Game Center and have iCloud Drive enabled, the game also saves a copy of your progress through Apple's GameKit Saved Games so you can restore it on another iPhone using the same accounts. If the local and cloud copies differ, you choose which copy to keep. The game does not operate its own account or cloud server.

Optional Game Center

You can play without connecting Game Center. If you connect, Apple may process your Game Center account identifier, two cumulative leaderboard scores (active survival time and customers served), completed achievements, and the saved game data you choose to sync through iCloud Drive. Other players may see leaderboard information according to your Game Center profile settings. Leaderboard scores alone are not a backup of your progress; restoring a saved game also requires iCloud Drive.

Advertising and privacy choices

The free version can show a banner on the menu, an interstitial after an eligible shift, and an optional rewarded ad when you choose to revive after being knocked out. One revive is available per shift; rewarded ads do not award Tips. Google AdMob and its partners may process information such as IP address, device or app identifiers, general device information, ad interactions, and diagnostics to deliver, secure, and measure ads. Where required, the game presents an advertising consent form and a Privacy Options control to change your choices. The optional Supporter Pack removes banner and interstitial ads and provides one ad-free revive per shift.

Optional purchase

The Supporter Pack is a one-time in-app purchase processed by Apple's App Store. The game checks purchase entitlements to unlock and restore it. Apple handles your payment information; Quiet Loop Games does not receive your full card or bank details.

Permissions and third-party services

Core gameplay does not request access to your contacts, camera, microphone, photos, or precise location. Internet access is used by Game Center, the App Store, advertising, and consent services. Apple and Google process information according to their own policies:

Your choices and retention

You may play without Game Center, choose whether to view rewarded ads, use the in-app Privacy Options control when available, or remove local game data by deleting the app. If you enabled iCloud sync, deleting the app does not necessarily delete Apple's iCloud copy of the saved game; manage iCloud data and your Game Center account through your Apple settings. Apple's and Google's records are managed under their own policies and settings. Contact us if you have a privacy or deletion request concerning information controlled by Quiet Loop Games.

Children and policy updates

The game is intended for a general audience and does not include chat or player-to-player messaging. If you believe a child has shared personal information with us, please contact us. We may update this policy if the game or its services change; the last updated date above will then change.
